SHELTER CATS :: Giselle and Belle are two, one year old Tortoiseshell-colored kitties who were born at the shelter. Their mother and two other siblings have been adopted, but poor Giselle and Belle have just been waiting. At the shelter, Giselle is sociable, but shy. Belle prefers to hide and takes longer to warm up to people, but once she knows you, she adores affection. Many of the other cats are more willing to climb into people's arms, so they often overlook little Giselle and Belle. These sisters were in a short-term foster home for about a month, where it became obvious they both absolutely adore affection. They also enjoy chasing the 'red dot' or playing with just a simple string tied to a stick. As with most adoptions, these cats will take time to adjust to their new surroundings and family. Both are spayed, current on vaccinations and litter-box trained. These two have bonded since they grew up in the shelter together, and would need to be adopted together as indoor-only cats. Open to long-term foster home or even foster-to-adopt home. (Less)
